Care for the people in front of you.
Children, students, families, and volunteer teams make the purpose of leadership tangible. Clarity should help people participate, belong, and grow.
My Calvary teachingTHE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
I’m Carlo Orlando. I care about helping people grow, making complicated work clearer, and building things that serve a purpose beyond themselves.

Ministry leader. Writer. Builder. Still learning.
A LITTLE OF MY STORY
For more than a decade, my ministry work has crossed kids, youth, camps, family ministry, volunteer teams, education, mentoring, and leadership development.
I serve in Next Gen ministry at Calvary Temple International. That work keeps leadership close to real people: the volunteer stepping into something new, the team carrying a busy season, the next generation asking important questions.
My ministry training and graduate work at Regent University sharpen the questions I bring to organizational and servant leadership. How do we use authority responsibly? How do we share ownership? How do we develop people rather than simply deploy them?
My Regent writing keeps bringing me back to a demanding idea: the whole person matters. A leader’s responsibility reaches beyond the task to the people carrying it—their growth, their agency, and their capacity to lead after us.
I believe God often starts with what is already in our hands. My instinct is to turn that conviction into something useful—a resource, a workshop, an assessment, an app, or one clear next move.
