The site supports leadership reflection, planning, and operations. It is not theological, pastoral, legal, HR, financial, safeguarding, health, emergency, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, supervision, policy, and compliance in your context.

Speaking inquiries and product availability

Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, accept an engagement, or agree to fees, travel, or contract terms. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt only. When you choose optional AI review, A.L.F.R.E.D. may prepare a private brief for Carlo; Carlo reviews any proposed response.

Each product page states its own availability. A preview, private pilot, or developing app is not a public release. Following a link to another COL product or service does not create a shared account or transfer your information between products. Separate product terms apply where presented.

Free-resource license

Carlo Orlando Leadership LLC licenses free resources to the original downloader for personal ministry use. Blank files and site content may not be resold, publicly posted, sublicensed, repackaged, or redistributed as another product unless the included license expressly allows it.

Results and responsible use

No attendance, engagement, volunteer, financial, or ministry outcome is guaranteed. Do not use the Leadership Friction Finder for hiring, promotion, discipline, ordination, safeguarding, counseling, or diagnosis.

Joining the Servant Leader 360 waitlist is an interest request only. It does not administer an assessment, guarantee selection, create a purchase, or establish that the developing instrument is validated. Any later beta invitation will present separate eligibility, consent, privacy, and use terms before assessment information is collected.

Paid release terms

The current website and release plan are directed to customers in the United States. Any later international offer will receive its own consumer, privacy, tax, and digital-content review before it opens.
