Speaking inquiries

The speaking form collects your name, email, organization, gathering details and message so Carlo can consider your request and reply. Submitting it permits an acknowledgment and inquiry-related replies; it does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a booking. Please do not include sensitive personal or confidential information.

Cloudflare processes and stores the inquiry. Contact and event details are encrypted in the website database and removed from active inquiry storage after 90 days. Keyed hashes of the email and network address help limit abusive submissions. Resend delivers the acknowledgment and Carlo’s notification. Email copies remain subject to the recipient’s and email provider’s retention.

Carlo may use A.L.F.R.E.D., his existing ChatGPT assistant, to organize a brief and suggested reply for his review. When the private connection is active, a separate, optional checkbox asks for your agreement to send these details automatically to that assistant through OpenAI. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from sending an inquiry. The event contains a reference and receipt time; the authenticated assistant retrieves the inquiry to prepare its brief. Without that optional agreement, the form does not send your inquiry to the assistant. If the connection becomes unavailable after you agree, the inquiry waits for reconnection or Carlo’s manual review. Opening a link to A.L.F.R.E.D. does not automatically transfer an inquiry. AI does not decide bookings, dates or fees. ChatGPT copies follow Carlo’s account settings and OpenAI’s retention policies. You can request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry by emailing carlo@carloorlando.com.

Videos you choose to play

Teaching videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. YouTube receives your IP address, browser information, and playback activity when you press play; its privacy practices apply. The player is not loaded before you choose it. You can also watch on Calvary’s original website. The Church Staff Meeting product film is served directly by this site and does not load a third-party player.

What the current site does

• The Leadership Friction Finder calculates results in your browser. Answers are not transmitted, stored, attached to an identity, or used for advertising.
• The free NextGen Resource Audit downloads directly. It does not require or collect an email address.
• Public site search uses a GET address and a fixed list of public pages. The search feature does not add app-controlled analytics, cookies, local-storage entries, session-storage entries, or database persistence for the query or results. The query can remain in the URL, browser history, and ordinary hosting request logs. A same-site result click may send the search URL as its referrer; the current strict-origin-when-cross-origin policy limits a cross-site referrer to the site origin in conforming browsers.
• The planned Maximize email companion is still under review. Its form is not displayed, and the site does not currently invite or accept signups for that sequence.
• The planned Servant Leader 360 founding-beta waitlist is not accepting requests in this release state. It does not collect assessment or rater information.
• Carlo Orlando Leadership has not enabled marketing cookies, behavioral advertising, or a site analytics service. Optional third-party tools remain off until you allow them.
• The support page opens your own email application. The website does not transmit or store the message; the email services used by you and Carlo Orlando Leadership process it.
• The hosting platform may process routine technical request and security logs needed to deliver and protect the website.

Information you should never submit

Do not place children’s names, private pastoral details, safeguarding reports, confidential personnel information, donor or financial records, health information, or completed ministry worksheets into the speaking form or any other site form.

How the optional email signup works

The planned Kit signup and its Google reCAPTCHA protection are not currently offered or loaded. You can use the direct audit download and provide no email address. For features governed by this notice, it will be updated before any checkout, new website-form, guidance, coaching, analytics, or other personal-data feature opens.

Privacy choices and browser signals

The site begins with necessary functions only. Privacy Choices offers equally available controls to allow optional tools, reject them, or review the categories. The selection and policy version are stored only on the device so the website can remember the choice. A supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional tools off. No general analytics or advertising category is active.

Your choices and contact

You may unsubscribe from optional email at any time. Use the published support path for a privacy question or a verified request concerning applicable personal information. Legal, security, accounting, and suppression-record obligations may limit deletion.

Privacy requests and appeals

Email carlo@carloorlando.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information you submitted. Include the inquiry reference when available, but do not email identity documents or other sensitive information. No website account is required. Carlo may ask for limited information needed to verify that the record is yours and will respond within applicable legal deadlines.

If you believe a request was declined incorrectly, reply to the decision with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. A website database deletion does not by itself remove copies already sent to email or ChatGPT; identify those copies in your request so they can be considered too.

Audience, other services, and notice updates

The inquiry form is intended for adult event organizers and leaders. It is not intended to collect information from children. If a child’s information was submitted, contact Carlo to request review and removal.

Following an Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, church, or product link opens a separate service with its own privacy terms. COL does not use website inquiry data for sale, targeted advertising, or automated decisions about a person’s eligibility.

Material changes to this notice will be identified by the version and date above. A new purpose that requires permission will be presented before the affected collection or use begins.
