Workshop purchase terms

Your purchase

Introductory prices are $49 USD for one workshop attendee, $149 USD for the Full Facilitator Suite, and $399 USD for trainer training including the kit. Any applicable added tax or other charge must appear in the order summary before payment. If the checkout offers currency conversion, its displayed conversion terms apply. Venue, travel, catering and printing are separately quoted when applicable. Only offers with an active checkout can be purchased online.

The facilitator suite is a digital download. Attendance is a scheduled in-person or online workshop identified in the offer. Trainer training is an observed training pathway; it is not simply a file download. A training date must be arranged and confirmed before trainer-training checkout opens.

Facilitator suite license

One named facilitator may use the purchased version for unlimited internal workshops in one organization. The facilitator may print or distribute the supplied participant handouts to participants in those workshops. Preserve source wording, citations and attribution. Do not redistribute the facilitator files, resell the kit, sublicense it, or claim COL certification from a purchase alone. This permission continues for the purchased version and does not promise future editions.

Original author and third-party rights notices remain part of the materials. This license grants only the use described here; it does not grant ownership of the materials or permission to remove those notices.

Trainer training and certification

The $399 pathway includes the facilitator kit and 405 minutes per candidate, including observed delivery of all 16 workshop blocks. Purchase does not guarantee certification. Carlo Orlando alone approves a certificate, using the adopted V13 standard: at least 85/100, every criterion at least 3/4, and no critical failure.

Offering paid workshops as a COL-certified trainer requires Carlo’s actual certification and a trainer agreement. The V13 credential lasts 24 months. Earlier V12 certificates retain their original scope. V13 delivery requires the approved update briefing, observed practice of the changed blocks, and Carlo’s recorded approval; this content update does not convert an earlier certificate. After expiry, stop claiming current COL certification until it is renewed. The approved trainer share is 50% of collected tuition after refunds and before processing fees; COL pays processing fees. An estimate, application or purchase does not itself authorize a payout.

Refunds and cancellations

• Digital facilitator kit: request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Downloading the kit does not end this window. A completed full refund ends protected kit access and the use license.
• Workshop attendance: cancel at least seven days before the scheduled start for a full refund. Within seven days, you may substitute one attendee at no additional tuition. A no-show receives no refund. If COL cancels, you receive a full refund; if COL changes the date, you may choose a full refund.
• Trainer training: cancel at least seven days before the scheduled start for a full refund. Within seven days, one reschedule is available, subject to availability. A no-show receives no refund. If COL cancels or changes the date, you may choose a full refund. A full refund also ends included protected kit access and the use license.

Send requests to carlo@carloorlando.com with the product, event date when relevant, and purchase reference. Do not send payment-card details or your private download key. Refunds go through the original payment provider and payment method. Provider processing time may apply. These policies do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Payment and digital delivery

For digital kit purchases processed through Stripe Managed Payments, Link acts as merchant of record for the transaction, including payment collection, applicable checkout tax, receipts, payment support, refunds and disputes within its role. COL supplies the workshop materials and handles content, licensing and workshop questions. The checkout identifies its payment terms before payment.

For attendance and trainer training processed through standard Stripe payments, COL is the seller and remains responsible for the offer, applicable tax obligations, refunds and customer support. Stripe processes the payment; Link’s Managed Payments merchant-of-record role does not apply to those transactions.

Protected kit access becomes available after verified successful payment. Return to the workshop page after checkout and save your private purchase-access details. Those details let you restore access; keep them private. A failed, expired or unpaid checkout does not grant paid access. Refunded access is withdrawn as described above.

Assessment and learning

Workshop ratings are for learning and workshop improvement. The cited instruments and their limits remain identified in the questionnaires. They are not an objective knowledge test, a newly validated combined scale, or a substitute for professional judgment. No particular learning, ministry, employment or financial outcome is promised.
